We ship to mainland Great Britain as standard. For deliveries to the rest of the UK, please message advice@ourglass.wine for a quote.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £50.

All wine deliveries will be delivered by DPD or another partner, using the fastest service available Monday – Friday.

Tracking information will be forwarded to the email provided.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm, orders will be processed

ASAP and we aim to complete all deliveries within 3 working days.

Failure to receive a confirmed delivery may mean an additional charge.

If you have received an incorrect order please get in touch with us at advice@ourglass.wine within 3 working days and we will resolve.

We do not accept returns on open bottles.

For non-wine items we accept returns in unused, re-sellable condition if returned within 14 working days.
