• All wines prices are quoted in Sterling (£) excluding Duty and VAT
• All payments are due when wine is purchased.
• Title to all wines purchased shall remain the property of Ourglass Ltd. until payment has been received.
• Oral orders shall form a contract conditional upon our written confirmation.
• All deliveries are free for the beta testing phase.
• Please notify us of any damages or shortfalls upon collection or delivery within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
