Amos '19

Valdisole is located in the beautiful Langhe town of Corneliano d’Alba. The project began in 2015 when Giuseppe Amato and Kyriaki Kalimer purchased a half hectare of vines online on a website that sold second-hand goods! Vines located in the Roero denomination are an average of 15-20 years old. Grapes are hand harvested, macerated on the skins for 20 days in stainless steel tanks and after pressing are fed back in to tank to rest for <8 months, followed by 3 months of bottle ageing.
