Anima Chenin Blanc '21

South African winery Avondale’s motto, ‘Terra Est Vita’ translates to ‘Soil is Life,’ reflecting their sustainable and organic farming methods, with a focus on biodynamic principles. Organically grown Chenin Blanc grapes were whole bunch fermented in French Oak with 20% fermented in Amphora and Qvevri (earthenwear vessels used in traditional mediterranean and eastern European winemaking), and kept on lees for 12 months.
