Artefact Tinto '21

Run by winemaker José Fernando, Bodega Finca Venta de Don Quijote is a family run winery with deep roots in the winemaking traditions of the region. The estate is found in El Toboso overlooking the Toledo mountains, in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, which is known as the gold triangle of viticulture locally. De-stemmed Tempranillo is macerated for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks, racked, fermented and aged for 6 months.
