Winemaker Thomas Carsin took over his 20ha estate in Anjou in the Loire Valley in 2008 and produces all wine organically with no use of pesticides or herbicides. This biodynamic Chenin Blanc is hand harvested and fermented using native yeasts. A remarkable wine for the money and one to share and watch people react with pleasure.
