From a family of scientists and creatives, Pegasus Bay’s story began in the 1970s with Christine and Ivan Donaldson and remains proudly family owned to this day. Pegasus bay emphasises sustainability and biodynamic viticulture. This wine is part of Pegasus Bay’s reserve series, which they only make in exceptional years that are favourable for the development of noble botrytis.
