Envínate (“wine yourself”) is the brainchild of wine university friends Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torrente. Their focus is on revealing the ancient, Atlantic-infused terruños of Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands, as well as exceptional vineyard plots across the Iberian Peninsula. The approach is simple; allow each parcel to fully express itself using traditional farming and winemaking methods. The result makes Envinate among the most exciting in Spain. Organic listán prieto grown on volcanic soils 1000m above sea level in Tenerife then fermented in concrete and bottled unfiltered.
