Legendary winemaker Jacky Blot elevated Bourgueil and Montlouis appellations in the Loire through Burgundy style focus on terroirs, vine material, traditional farming, and careful cellar work. Small production cabernet franc grapes are hand harvested, crushed by foot, and aged in oak barrels.
