Jean-Luc Baldès represents the seventh generation of family winemakers in Cahors, France. He earned a reputation as ‘Master of Malbec’, producing wines that capture the essence of the region and are featured in some of France's best restaurants. Certified sustainable vineyards sit on terraces, each with unique soil compositions, contributing to the distinct elements of each hand picked parcel. Early morning harvests and oak-free low-temperature fermentation maintains grape freshness and purity.
