The Benvenuti family is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Istria, Croatia. Overlooking the historic town of Motovun, the winery focuses on indigenous Istrian grape varieties such as Malvasia and Teran. The Caldierosso red blend, led by Teran, undergoes careful vinification, with each varietal fermented separately then aged in Croatian oak barrels to add complexity.
