Château Mont Redon Lirac Blanc

Château Mont-Redon, established in 1344, is one of the oldest wine-producing Estates in France and the largest single property in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Currently under the direction of Pierre Fabre, the estate produces some of the finest examples of ageable Châteauneuf. Fermented at 3 weeks minimum, one third of it sits in new French oak, the other in stainless on fine lees. Blending happens one year after harvest.
