Le Rosé, Chene Bleu

Producing wine since the 9th century, the Chêne Bleu estate is located within the UNESCO-designated Mont Ventoux Biosphere and is one of the highest vineyard sites in the region, producing grapes akin to elite Northern Rhone sites. A combination of old and new organic vines are situated on ideally stony terroir then briefly macerated with grape skins for ideal freshness in bottle.
