Chenin Blanc Ava '21

Donovan Rall is one of South Africa’s most exciting wine producers. Having studied viticulture and enology at Stellenbosch University with David Sadie, he worked at wineries in Europe and Australia. He returned to South Africa in 2007 to work with Eben Sadie, releasing a small allotment of his own wines, and the rest is history. 100% Chenin Blanc is fermented with native vineyard yeasts then seasoned 10 mos in French oak.
