Parajes de Bierzo '20 

César Márquez served as the apprentice of his uncle, the world-renowned winemaker, Raúl Pérez, for 7 years before establishing his own project in 2015. His wines reflect the tradition and terroirs of their origin, in this case Bierzo in Castilla y León. Parajes brings together fruit grown in several of the most prestigious plots in Bierzo, harvested by hand and without any using pesticides or herbicides.
