Known as Languedoc’s ‘First Growth’ (this references Bordeaux’s top wineries like Lafite and Mouton Rothschild), the Guibert family established the winery in the 80s when they happily realised their holiday home was situated on one of France’s great terroirs. Gassac vineyards thrive in a uniquely cool Languedoc microclimate, providing a long growing season that allows delicacy and nuance with time.
