Sortevera Tinto '20

Sortevera is a new collaboration between winemakers Jonatan Garcia Lima of Suertes del Marques and Jose Angel Alonso Ramos, both seeking to preserve the ancient grapes and winemaking traditions of the Canary Islands. Ungrafted vines of 100+yrs are cultivated on rugged sea-facing cliffs in volcanic soil and trained in the goblet style, keeping the fruit close to the ground, sheltered from the elements.
