Marilyn Lasserre

Coquille de Mer Vermentino '24

Marilyn Lasserre is a renowned Languedoc winemaker who has played an important part in encouraging people to reappraise Languedoc as a region to make wine’s of character and not of volume. Originally studying oenology in Bordeaux, Marilyn spent much of her career in global wine regions such as South America, South Africa, and Australia, influencing her winemaking style. A beautifully crisp summer sipper, this cuveé fermented in steel for 3 weeks, racked through tanks to clear the lees then bottled after light filtration.
