Didier Fornerol is known for his traditional approach to viniculture, his wines are often characterised by their openness, complexity, and reflection of the Bourgogne terroir. The 10ha family estate practises sustainable viticulture, grapes are hand-harvested, while in the cellar wines ferment with natural yeast. Ageing takes place in a blend of new and old French oak to enhance complexity without overpowering delicate flavours.
