Cuvée des Beaux Jours '20

Domaine Chandon de Briailles in Burgundy has been in the family since 1834. It converted to biodynamic farming in 2005 and received certification in 2011. The house style centres on producing vibrant, pure wines from balanced, healthy grapes. This bottling is produced from bought organic/biodynamic grapes, fermented only with natural yeasts, with no use of sulphur, pumpovers (where red wine is pumped from the bottom of the tank to the top to submerge the skins and release the CO2), or filtration (filtering wine through a screen or pad to remove leftover grape or fermentation particles).
