Distant Noises Chardonnay '21

Seasoned Yabby Lake winemaker Tom Carson set out to make premium Victoria wine accessible with his latest project, Distant Noises. The Yarra Valley, an original Australian wine region, sits in a misty and cool microclimate suited for producing precise sophisticated wines. Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed in small batches, and rest on yeast lees for ten months.
