El Esquilon '19

This small family winery practises traditional vine training methods to preserve the centuries old wine-making heritage of the Canary Islands. Vines are cultivated on rugged sea-facing cliffs in volcanic soil and trained in the goblet style, keeping the fruit close to the ground and sheltered from the elements.
