Enigma Barbera '24

A modern and cutting edge approach to wine, AB&D views wine holistically, ignoring all regional, varietal, or stylistic boundaries. AB&D views wine as art and vice versa. This barbera took some unconventional turns in its production; half 100% fermented whole bunch, the other half destemmed. Both were fermented wild with footstomping. Aged 18 months in used oak.
