Saumur Champigny Les Menais '22

Domaine Fabien Duveau is located in Saumur Champigny. Fabien is the 8th generation to run the winery and took over in 2008. Since then, he’s overseen a shift to a lighter, more easy drinking yet still typical style of Loire red. Located in the village of Chacé, the soils here mainly consist of a local limestone known as tuffeau with a topsoil of clay and Fabien has overseen the organic conversion of all his vineyards. Vinified with native yeasts in cement and aged in stainless steel.
