Foam Vulkan '22

Meinklang is a family-run mixed farm situated at the heart of the World Heritage Site of the Neusiedlersee National Park. The farm can be found on the eastern side of the famous Neusiedlersee Lake, bordering the Hungarian lowlands. The farm is a functioning ecosystem of healthy flora and fauna. Various livestock provide natural fertiliser for the ancient grains they produce, including Spelt and Farro and Einkorn, as well as orchards, vegetables, flowers and grapevines that all flourish there. A blend of Harslevelü and Juhfark from two vineyards aged between 35 to 60 years old planted on the volcanic soils of Somló. Fermentation begins in tank and the wine is bottled with 10mg of residual sugar to complete alcoholic fermentation in bottle.
