Folie d’Ines Blanc '23

Bought in 2002 by Inès (for whom the wine is named) and Thierry Hébert, Domaine Saint-André, brings together all the traditional grape varieties of the Languedoc. Made from a blend of local grapes planted in the best plots, this blanc ferments in french oak on fine lees. Oxidation is carefully monitored to maintain structure and complexity.
