Bourgougne trained Greek winemaker Kostis Dalamaras is part of a young wave of Naoussa producers redefining vinification styles of traditional grapes, yielding fresh easy drinking wines. Organically grown grapes are vinified with indigenous yeast, minimal sulphur, and 12 months of barrique ageing, this Xinomavro bottle can be enjoyed now or cellared up to ten yrs.
