Family-owned winery Haciendo Grimón is managed by brothers Paco and Eliseo Grimon, who tend to their modest 25ha of vineyards. The brothers specialise in the health of the vines and soil, farming organically, abstaining from pesticides and herbicides, and using hand-harvesting to ensure grape quality.
