High Elevation Chardonnay '23

Clay Shannon and his wife Angie started Shannon Ridge as an all Californian, super modern and highly visionary exploit into vinification. Shannon Ridge focuses on simplicity, allowing fruit to shine while preserving viticulture for future generations. Now, it is one of the largest 100% certified organic mountain grown vineyards in the States. They focus on landfill waste reduction, water conservation, and renewable energy use. This Chardonnay was grown at 700 meters, lending true mountain flavours and elegance. The Volcanic soil and intense temperature fluctuations influenced complexity.
