Inseperable '18

Founded in 2012, PerSe is a small project between Edy de Popolo and David Bonomi, the latter of which is one of the most knowledgeable winemakers in Argentina’s Uco Valley. Their aim is to produce wines that express the unique local conditions (geology, climate, culture) in as transparent a manner as possible. Inseparable is made from fruit grown at 1500 feet at the El Monasterio vineyard in the up and coming region, Gualtallary. This is malbec with a true sense of its place of origin and the people who made it (unlike the more standard stuff to be found in the supermarket).
