Making waves across the world, Heimann & Fiai (Fiai translates to Sons) is a multi-generational organic and family-run winery led by Zoltán Heimann Jr. in Szekszárd, one of Hungary's oldest and most prestigious wine regions. The indigenous grape variety Kadarka requires careful vineyard management due to thin skins and disease susceptibility. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by ageing in neutral oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit.
