Winemaker Thomas Carsin took over his 20ha estate in Anjou in the Loire Valley in 2008 and produces all wine organically with no use of pesticides or herbicides. This Cabernet Franc is vinified whole bunch in tanks for four weeks. A remarkable wine for the money and one to share and watch people react with pleasure.
