La Jara Pinot Grigio '22

Massimo Marion is a second-generation winemaker who, along with his brother, manages La Jara (which means ‘gravel’ in the local Venetian dialect, a reference to the rocky soil that contributes minerality and freshness to the wine). The brothers practise organic viticulture, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides. They focus on maintaining biodiversity in their vineyards using natural fertilisers to maintain soil health.
