La Poulosa '18

Made by the most exciting of the new wave of Spanish producers, plus it’s made in an up and coming region, so you’re getting a lot of craft and fruit for your money. Mencia field blend of grapes harvested from the La Poulosa clay dominated vineyard, planted in 1940. It's then whole bunch fermented and aged for a year in huge old oak barriques.
