Three Italian wine professionals joined together to elevate San Giovanni delle Contee, the tiny village of their grandfathers. ‘La Riparelle’ refers to small hills in the Italian landscape of Tuscany. Cantina del Rospo’s viticulture is focused on sustainable practices while vinification includes minimal intervention, allowing the natural characteristics of the grapes to shine.
