L'Annee Blanc '20

Former professional dancer turned winemaker, Paul Old left the performance world to study his other passion, eonology, in Australia. In 2003, he established his highly acclaimed vineyard and winery in the Languedoc region. Paul meticulously hand-harvests old vine Macabeu grapes and other organic varieties. These grapes are then fermented using vineyard yeasts in stainless steel, to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of this limited-production white blend.
