L'annee Blanc '22

Named for the many lost and waiting to be rediscovered vineyards Throughout the Languedoc & Roussillon. Paul Old meticulously hand-harvests old vine Macabeu grapes and other organic varieties. These grapes are then fermented using vineyard yeasts in stainless steel, to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of this limited-production white blend.
