Le Chant des Roses '24

Xavier Roger is a third-generation winemaker crafting wines from carefully selected Mediterranean vineyards, and mastering Southern French winemaking. This classic expression of Gewürztraminer ephasises purity of the grape. Pressing was careful and slow, maceration at low temperature for several days. Fermentation occurred in steel and the wine sat on fine lees for 3 months for a velvety texture.
