Christine Cabri is a winemaker with Plaimont Producteurs, a cooperative in Southwest France. Cabri produces elegant, fruit-driven wines from carefully selected vineyards in the Languedoc. In her winemaking process, Cabri emphasizes the unique 'thiol' aromatics found in Gascony wines -compounds that can contribute to the aromatic complexity of wines. Le Charme is vinified in stainless steel to preserve this fresh quality.
