Les Héritiers Saint-Genys Bourgogne Blanc '21

Sourced form a single plot in the southern Cheilly-lès-Maranges region, close to the top of the hills of Côtes de Beaune. Vines are c. 25 years of age, growing on clay and sea shells. Harvest is done by hand; grapes are sorted in the vineyard. Whole bunches are pressed gently as soon as they arrive in the cellar and are fermented and aged in oak barrels, 55% new oak for fifteen months.
