Les Terrasses Rouge '21

This terraced schist vineyard Côtes du Roussillon wine reflects the clarity and character of its rugged terrain. Les Terrasses is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, grown organically on steep slopes above Corneilla-la-Rivière. Vigneron Jean Boucabeille tends over 100 beehives and obsesses over vineyard health; the eleven hectares are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts.
