Longboard was born from the imagination of Oded Shakked, a true Californian surfer-turned-winemaker, who firmly believes that terroir includes not just the land, but the people and communities that inhabit it. His approach to winemaking (or “winegrowing” as he calls it), emphasises holistic practices.
