The environmentally regenerative Mas Montel estate hosts olive trees, ancient wheats, and honeybee hives. The 2021 vintage is their celebratory first certified organic wine grape yield. Syrah grapes are carefully hand harvested and vinified in whole clusters for textural and flavour complexity.
