Me Libérez Pas je m'en Charge '20

Vins et Volailles is an all-female project founded by Louise Los and Fleur Godart, who draw on their backgrounds in food, oenology, theatre and tattooing to make ‘activist cuvées’ made from fruit sourced across France. ‘Dont Free Me, I'Il Take Care of It’ is a prunelard, braucol, muscadelle, mauzac blend grown on clay/limestone soil, is sourced from Domaine Loberger in Alsace. It’s made by Jérôme Galaup who eschews fining, filtration and sulfites across the entire winemaking process.
