Vigneron brothers Xavier and Mathieu Ledogar manage their three generation family vineyards in the village of Ferrals-les-Corbières in Languedoc. The viticultural practices are non mechanized as 18ha of organic old vines are harvested by hand and fields ploughed by horse. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphites, for pure expression of terroir. 100% Delish.
