Mendel Cabernet Franc '23

The Sielecki family work with Roberto de la Mota, a highly respected Argentine winemaker, to produce single-vineyard wines that express the unique characteristics of the high altitude sandy terroir. This fabulously intense and fruity Cabernet Franc wine was made using grapes from the Finca Remota in the Paraje Altamira of the Uco Valley. Total maceration for 25 days with malolactic fermentation and finally aged in new and used French oak.
