Mendel Sémillon '23

The Sielecki family work with Roberto de la Mota, a highly respected Argentine winemaker, to produce single-vineyard wines that express the unique characteristics of the high altitude sandy terroir. Characteristic of Argentina’s expression of Sémillon, this wine was pressed in whole bunches, with 85% fermentation in stainless and 15% in new French oak for 15 months for a complex finish.
