Menut Priorat Red 2020

This biodynamic Priorat blend from pioneering producer Mas Martinet brings freshness and clarity to a region once known for power. Founded by Josep Lluís Pérez and now run by his daughter Sara Pérez, the estate helped reshape modern Priorat. Menut blends Garnacha and Cariñena with a little Syrah, fermented with native yeasts in concrete and aged in amphora and old oak. Black plum, dried herbs and cracked pepper lead, with slate-driven tension and fine-grained tannins. The palate is medium-bodied, savoury and clean-lined.
