Michel Lafarge Bourgogne Rouge '20

With the recent passing of legendary 4th gen vigneron Michel Lafarge, his son Frédéric and granddaughter Clothilde take up the mantle in vineyard and cellar work that goes into crafting these timeless Burgundian wines. Limited-production Bourgogne Rouge is sourced from a small 1.2ha organic old vine parcel. Vinified with native yeast, it is then aged in neutral oak barrels for 18 months before unfiltered bottling.
