Pieter Walser is one of the most exciting, eccentric winemakers working in South Africa today. He’s famous for his idiosyncratic often one off bottlings that bring together varieties in novel combinations with impressive results. This cuvée combines chardonnay, chenin blanc and viognier, aged in old French oak barrels for a year on the lees.
